Welcome

A very warm welcome to Greenfields Community School Website. We are proud to be an inclusive, friendly, community school where children have opportunities to be kind, be curious and be their best. We are also proud to be a caring community where all cultures and beliefs are respected.

Our school community values each child as an individual and are totally committed to ensuring that each child is happy and achieving their full potential.

Our aim is to prepare every child so that they can make a positive contribution to the society in which they live and that they can function in the fast-changing world in which they find themselves.

In order to achieve this, we have amazing staff who go 'above and beyond' for every child, and we provide a stimulating and creative book-based curriculum which is supported by a wealth and variety of enrichment activities both on and off the school site.

Experiences are an essential element of our learning process and are used to develop children’s vocabulary and engagement in their learning so that everyone of our pupils has the same opportunities to access and benefit from the curriculum that we offer. We believe in inclusive and creative learning that engages all the children, which celebrates equality and diversity.

This website aims to give you a taster of our school, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.
